Breath and Balance

Be present. Feel the waves of your breath. Acknowledge the bridge between your mind and spirit. You are going to be okay.
Awareness is what keeps us grounded. Often, we hold ourselves back because we think that we do not deserve a deep connection with anything special. We build personal walls by being emotionally unavailable. We let ourselves down by losing grip on what truly matters in life.
And what truly matters?
Human beings do not have all of the answers. Life remains mysterious and that is what keeps us chasing clues. Our purpose is wrapped up in how curious we remain throughout this journey.
Life is the most beautiful, however, when we take time to center ourselves. Chaos does not give us the sense of safety that love and peace give us. The rhythm of a calm pattern of breathing is soothing to the soul. Our breath discourages disruptions.
Your story is a tapestry of strong and weak threads. We are explorers with broken compasses. It is by growing through the difficult times that we can glue together our sense of direction.
Whenever you are lost ... breathe. Don't let life overwhelm you. Work with what gives you peace. Breathe in hope and trust yourself to achieve a balanced existence.
