Remember how you felt on December 31, 2016? Your resolutions overflowed with high expectations. On January 1, you were graced with the energy, passion, and self-assurance necessary to reach the most sophisticated of goals. You trusted yourself to follow through on your personal and professional promises. Nothing could stop you from making 2017 the best year ever.
Fast forward. Here we are in June and that first-day-of-the-year excitement may seem like a distant memory. Your calendar is filled with daily obligations and it is all you can do to make it to the end of the week without being overwhelmed and fatigued. However, it is time to bring the sparkle back. What can you do to make June feel like January?
Embrace a "New Year's Attitude" ... Year-Round
A "New Year's Attitude" is one of enthusiasm, focus, determination, and hope for the future. There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to keep a champion's mindset throughout the year.
